GWF 64 04.30.2088 from Northern Cross Auditorium, Cygnus
- Bloodline return. - As the show opened, Star Warrior and his father, Omega, made their way into the ring, greeted by a huge ovation from the crowd. The two popular heroes addressed the crowd, Star Warrior began "Thank you, I wanted to take a moment to address my exclusion from the RingMaster event, it may have been a random draw and I accept that. But it leaves me outside of the title picture for a few months. Much I'm sure to Thantos' relief! But, its time for my father and I to concentrate for a time on out tag careers."
Omega took over, warmly received by the fans as he spoke "Some time back I said that I'd look to make one more push for the tag belts with my son, this seems like a good time for it! With the Batllelines PPV around the corner, we issue a challenge to any team that will face us!"
Star Warrior finished up on behalf of the Bloodline team "Its a real privilege to compete alongside Omega, he's always been both my father and my hero."
- RingMaster Round One - Massif vs. Mutant Mutant defeated Massif with a Disqualification at 6:21 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: A contentious start to the evenings action here. Massif dominated (as was expected) and it seemed a routine victory was in the works, until Mutant performed a picture perfect Moonsault from the top turnbuckle. Unfortunately, he clearly had things muddled in his mind, landing that flying attack on a seemingly random member of the audience. Only the swift actions of the security team saved anyone from injury, but the bout was quickly declared at an end, allowing Massif to move forward to the second round.
- RingMaster Round One - Massacre vs. Splatter Splatter defeated Massacre with a HATCHET JOB at 5:59 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Splatter earned a great win here, but it has to be said he was probably a little lucky. Several times he could easily have been disqualified, but perhaps following Mutant's behaviour in the last bout, his actions went unpunished. Biting, scratching, foreign objects, it seemed that Splatter was prepared to do anything and it worked! Finally, Massacre succumbed to the unrelenting attack and its likely he'll feel a little hard done by. But to be brutally honest, he just should have done more to be competitive.
- RingMaster Round One - Proteus vs. Battering Ram Proteus defeated Battering Ram with a Flying elbow drop at 7:38 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Battering Ram continued his erratic and unconvincing form in the GWF, He wasn't ever really at the races here and was handed something of a wrestling lesson by Proteus. The bout had an air of predictability about it, the longer it went on the more it seemed it was only a matter of time for the Greek God to claim his win. This really is an unhappy start to his GWF career for Battering Ram, perhaps he's starting to think he should have stayed in the AWA where he was the much respected champion.
- Tag Team Bout - Space-Croppers vs. Beauty and the Beast Vanity defeated Beast-Rider with a PULVERIZER at 3:16 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Vanity proved to be the man of the moment here, he simply took command early and stayed in charge of proceedings. With the bout still in the early stages, Vanity came off the ropes twice in succession with a flying fist. These set Beast Rider up for the PULVERIZER and that was all she wrote. Strangely Renegade didn't seemed that interest in breaking up the pin, as the two Croppers discussed the matter after the bout, he shrugged as though to indicate he missed it or couldn't make it in time. Neither of which seemed a valid excuse in honesty.
- Singles Bout - Reptillo vs. Comrade Terror Comrade Terror defeated Reptillo with an ATOMIC WARHEAD at 3:22 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: This was billed as a battle of the claws, but in the end it was a rather one sided, damp squib of an event. Reptillo proved to be ineffectual and never got into the event, Terror dominated from start to finish. There really is nothing to report here, but at least it gave the fans a decent break to go grab some refreshments.
- Singles Bout - Exo-King vs. Mesmer Mesmer defeated Exo-King with a Mystic Hammer at 13:30 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: This encounter started without a great deal of fanfare, with both these two having already moved into round two of the RingMaster Tournament they had good form coming into this bout and it showed! Exo-King began brilliantly, really taking it to Mesmer and using his greater strength to his advantage. But eventually, Mesmer fought back, his hit and run attacks slowly turning the tables in his favour. Eventually the smaller man emerged victorious and claimed a valuable win, also its worth noting that the fans seem slowly to be warming to him.
- Tag Team Bout - Bomb Squad vs. Norse Gods Adam Blast defeated Man-Mountain with a MEGABLAST at 7:44 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Bomb Squad really stepped it up here, putting in a great team performance and dominating the bout throughout. While Commander Sam put in his usual strong performance, while Adam Blast also performed to a very high level. The Norse Gods were unable to match the intensity of their opponents and ended up very much second best. Sam seems to be adapting his game very well to the tag leagues, clearly he is enjoying taking his younger compatriot under his wing.
- RingMaster Round One - Incredible Badger vs. Billy Jo Boxer Incredible Badger defeated Billy Jo Boxer with a BURROW BLAST at 12:23 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: The final match of the RingMaster tournament first round ended with a fine win for Incredible Badger. He was able to edge out Billy Jo Boxer in a very tight and close fought bout. Neither man was able to form a significant advantage, Boxer will perhaps be disappointed that he failed to push what advantage he did make. But it has to be said that Badger closed out the encounter well, not needing a second invitation to take control.
- The Champions challenge - With the final bout of the evening just barely over, Thantos arrived in the ring, his GWF title belt slung casually over one shoulder. He ambled toward the ring as though he owned the place, slipping between the ropes and grabbing a microphone. He waited for the crowd to quieten before he spoke. "Good job Badger, nice to see the Animen record a win. They could continue to be in short supply. Looks like the Gladiators are hungry for the belts back at Battlelines. "Talking of Battlelines and the Animen, I gotta say, its no surprise to see "Rattling Tram" lose again tonight, former AWA champion huh? He can't really be that bad, can he? So, in the spirit of charity and competition, I issue the following challenge. "The most dominant champion in history, the pinnacle of wrestling excellence, the greatest competitor ever: Thantos versus former AWA champion "Prattling Ham" at Battlelines. "Let him prove he can compete at the top, if not I promise to snap one of his damn horns off!"
Thantos tossed the microphone over his shoulder and strode confidently from the ring. If Battering Ram was still backstage he made no attempt to intervene or respond to the challenge...

Battlelines 2088 05.03.2088 from Red Ice Arena, Mars.
- The Doc - With the opening of Battlelines, Doc Strongbow was first out and addressed the crowd before the action got underway. "Good evening everyone, welcome to Battlelines 2088! What a great line up we have for you tonight! This could be the beginning of the era of the Ani-Men. Not only do Animal Magic defend the tag titles, but we'll also see Battering Ram take on Thantos for the Galaxian Title. Will the Ani-Men leave with all the gold? "Also this evening, we'll see most of the second round of the RingMaster tournament, its going to be an awesome night. To kick it all off, how about Star Warrior and Omega back together as Bloodline?"
The crowd popped, letting the Doc slip away as Star Warriors theme filled the arena.
- Tag Team Bout - Bloodline vs. Norse Gods Star Warrior defeated Lightening with a NOVA LAUNCH at 9:19 Match Rating: 2.75 Match Notes: Perhaps as would be expected Star Warrior did the majority of the work for his team, Omega provided a veteran back up to his talented son. The Norse Gods struggled to cope with the skill and speed of Star Warrior and were simply unable to get Omega in the ring for long enough to make it count. Bloodline have talked about a last crack at the tag titles and this was a great way to begin. This year has seen a real increase in the number and quality of teams in the tag division, it remains to be seen if this popular father and son team can reclaim the belts. Man-Mountain and Lightening were nothing more than a forgotten second string addition to this encounter.
- RingMaster Round Two - Beast-Rider vs. Splatter Splatter defeated Beast-Rider with a HATCHET JOB at 2:09 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Splatter was the first man to book his place in the RingMaster quarter-finals. He simply devastated Beast-Rider. An early HATCHET JOB left his opponent wobbled and Splatter was soon able to connect with a second which earned him a very straight forward win. There isn't much more to be said here, Beast-Rider was simply out matched and had no answer to the aggressive and violent nature of his vanquisher.
- RingMaster Round Two - Exo-King vs. Ghengis Khan Exo-King defeated Ghengis Khan with an Atomic drop at 7:39 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Exo-King took a fairly routine win, he always looked favourite for the victory despite the occasional flurry of offence from Ghengis Khan. The match-up was dominated by the greater strength of Exo-King, he wore down his opponent as the bout progressed. The power moves he displayed eventually took their toll. With a final atomic drop, Khan was unable to summon the strength or energy to kick out of the pin attempt. The second man into the quarter finals as the inaugural RingMaster competition continues.
- Tag Team Bout - TitanPower vs. Henchmen Lord Nexus defeated Comrade Terror with a Reverse knife-edge at 7:21 Match Notes: TitanPower kept up their claims as top contenders for the tag titles with a good, solid win here. The bout was close and hard fought right until the end. All four men played their part and made for a hugely entertaining encounter. When the end came, it was very sudden, a quick reverse knife-edge led to a swift pin and the end of the bout. No doubt the titans will be keeping a close eye on the tag title bout later tonight, with a view to taking on the winners. Certainly if popularity were any measure, then TitanPower would be champions already! They really do seem to be popular with all of the fans, absolute favourites for sure.
- RingMaster Round Two - Mesmer vs. Renegade Mesmer defeated Renegade with a BLACKOUT at 6:02 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: This battle between two heroes who have really failed to connect with the fans was dominated by Mesmer. Amazingly Renegade survived two BLACKOUT's while the third proved too much for him. The Cropper put in an amazing effort, always on the defence and the victim of numerous close pin calls, he never looked like winning, but he put in a fabulous effort. Mesmer is perhaps slowly winning the fans over, but there remains some feeling of danger about him, something that perhaps unnerves the fans.
- RingMaster Round Two - Wolf vs. Actagon Actagon defeated Wolf with a Disqualification at 12:33 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: These two put on a great show for the first twelve minutes, a really close and hard fought bout that showcased the talents of both men. Neither wrestlers were able to gain a significant advantage as the action went back and forth, when the fight spilled out of the ring, everything changed. Something inside of Wolf seemed to snap and he went to work with a steel chair on Actagon, bloodying the Greek God before the referee was able to intervene. To the credit of the wild man, Wolf soon calmed and even apologised to his opponent, he does seem to b working hard to keep his animal temper in check, but when it blows there are definitely fireworks. Actagon will no doubt be delighted to make it into the next round, but this must surely go down as a missed opportunity for Wolf.
- RingMaster Round Two - Bishop Hell vs. Proteus Bishop Hell defeated Proteus with a HELLFIRE at 5:53 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Proteus was unable to join his tag partner in the next round of the competition. Bishop Hell proved the better man here, being in control of the encounter for much of the duration. He shut down Proteus, not allowing him to make use of his greater strength, instead the skill and speed of the villain made the difference. When the end came it was as sudden as we've become used to seeing where the HELLFIRE is concerned, a clearly stunned Proteus missed with a clothesline and then turned into that dreaded finisher, leaving him victim to the pin. Bishop Hell rubbed in his win by stalking around his defeated prey, his hands aloft in the air as he was heard to shout about he was destined to be the next heavyweight champion.
- RingMaster Round Two - Spike vs. Massif Spike defeated Massif with a SUPER DESTROYER at 5:17 Match Rating: 3.25 Match Notes: Spike upset the odds here, taking a great win to move into the quarter finals. The bout was close and really showcased the strength of these two, they went head to head and muscle to muscle, neither man prepared to back down in a contest that became a real power battle. Spike was first to get a big advantage when he landed his SUPER DESTROYER when Massif stumbled a little. While the giant survived, he found himself then thrown from the ring, clearly winded he struggled to make it back between the ropes before the count out. But he was immediately caught with a second SUPER DESTROYER that brought an end to the bout. Having claimed the win, Spike stood on the turnbuckle in the infamous Aethren salute until his team mates arrived for their title bout. It was only when Brute and Massacre were in the ring that Spike finally made his way backstage.
- Tag Team Title Bout - Animal Magic vs. Gladiators of Aethra for the Galaxian Tag Team Championship Brute defeated Reptillo with a DECAPITATOR at 2:47 Match Rating: 2.75 Match Notes: Wow, this was no nonsense stuff from the Gladiators. They were able to isolate Reptillo and bring the hurt. Brute and Massacre worked as a well oiled team and regained the tites with a minimum of fuss. With the bout won, they simply collected the titles and stalked from the ring, they barely celebrated it seemed as though they were fully expecting to emerge victorious. Rumour has it that the Aethran authorities had threatened sanctions against both Brute and Massacre were they to lose today. Certainly the government sanctioned media on Aethra had been scathing of The Gladiators ever since they dropped the titles a month back.
Gladiators of Aethra won the Galaxian Tag Team Championship
- Galaxian Title Bout - Thantos vs. Battering Ram for the Galaxian Championship Thantos defeated Battering Ram with a MASTERLOCK at 6:43 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: The champion defended his belt with a really great performance, he was on top form and really took it to the challenger. Battering Ram put in a decent show, working hard to try to live with Thantos but its fair to say that he was rather out of his league here. Staying true to his word, Thantos made a real attempt to snap one of Ram's horns. It proved beyond him however, and he resorted to his trusted MASTERLOCK to force the submission. The crowd clearly hated Thantos' attempts to wound his opponent, not that the champion seemed in any way fazed by that. He put the boot into the challengers face at the end, stamping on Ram's head as he grabbed a microphone and snarled "you really are as talentless as I thought.. pathetic!" with that he left the ring. Battering Ram has yet to make his mark in the GWF, can he turn things around in the future?

GWF 65 05.07.2088 from Columba Parthenon, Columba.
- The Gods - The show opened with The Greek Gods making their way to the ring, a warm welcome from the fans sounded for the likeable duo. While Proteus spent time with the fans at ringside, Actagon climbed between the ropes and addressed the crowd. "We thank you, its a pleasure for both of us to be here tonight, wherever the horde of our fans gather is a good place to be! Too long it has been since The Greek Gods held aloft the golden belts of championship, with this in mind we begin today with a challenge to any who would take it. Face us as we step toward the summit of competition once more!"
The challenge seemed to go unanswered, then as the two heroes made to leave, the Norse Gods theme rocked the arena and Lightening emerged alone with microphone in hand. "Consider that challenge answered! Once Man-Mountain finishes his second lunch, it is on!" He then hurled the mic at the Greeks and vanished from sight.
- Singles Bout - Omega vs. Mutant Mutant defeated Omega with a Face mangler at 2:27 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Its always a treat for the fans to see Omega in action, the legend of the ring never fails to bring excitement as the fans recall his legacy of greatness, of course you had to be there, what with the TIA having sealed the GWF years from its birth to the end of 2086, none of the records are available to the public. However, on this occasion, Omega may have wished he stayed home! Perhaps competing so soon after his last appearance at Battllelines was too much for him. Whatever the reason he offered little or no resistance to Mutant, who for once was extremely focused, showing no signs of his frequent mental lapses.
- RingMaster Round Two - Killer Queen vs. Comrade Terror Comrade Terror defeated Killer Queen with an ATOMIC WARHEAD at 3:26 Match Rating: 2.25 Match Notes: Killer Queen took the initiative as the bell rang, but within seconds Terror took over. His power game was far too much for the smaller man. Several big moves led to the ATOMIC WARHEAD that secured a simple win. Comrade Terror moved into the quarter finals with a minimum of fuss, this bout never really got going and gave the fans very little to get a hold of. Two encounters in and its fair to say that nothing so far tonight has raised the excitement levels.
- Tag Team Bout - Space-Croppers vs. Beauty and the Beast Vanity defeated Beast-Rider with a PULVERIZER at 14:04 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: That was more like it! An epic encounter between these two teams, the action was truly back and forth, Renegade had a chance to claim the win, when after about seven minutes or so he caught Vanity in his SPINECRACKER, however the flambouyant one escaped and the bout continued. There isn't much love lost between these teams (perhaps The Creeper doesn't share that animosity, but the other three certainly have a history) and Vanity too great pleasure in finishing Beast Rider with his PULVERIZER. Renegade was unable to make the save and the fans showed their appreciation for a fantastic bout, even if it wasn't the result they would have wanted.
- Singles Bout - Pit Viper vs. Ghengis Khan Pit Viper defeated Ghengis Khan with a Snake Bite at 3:48 Match Rating: 2.25 Match Notes: We had expected quite a battle here, but it just didn't happen. Pit Viper took control right from the off and was on the offensive throughout. A great running lariat earned Viper the first pin attempt which came very close, the second followed just seconds later and the bout was in the history books. Ghengis Khan will no doubt be infuriated that he put in such a poor performance. Not that the Titan will care, he seemed in a great mood after the win and celebrated with the fans, nice to see this, as often he seems in a somewhat darker place these days.
- RingMaster Round Two - Commander Sam vs. Incredible Badger Commander Sam defeated Incredible Badger with a SAMS ATOMIC DROP at 16:07 Match Rating: 4.75 Match Notes: This encounter was fought in a sporting nature, but even so it was something of a war! Sam had the better of the early exchanges, scoring a couple of pin opportunities that Badger did well to kick out of. The Peacemaker Slingshot proved particularly effective. However, slowly things turned in favour of the Ani-man and he seemed to be taking control, hitting his BURROW BLAST and coming within milliseconds of the win. But, finally, Sam managed to get things moving in his favour again, however it wasn't going to be easy. It took three consecutive SAM'S ATOMIC DROP's to secure the victory. Both men deserve a lot of credit for this fabulous encounter, and we now the full line up for the RingMaster tournament quarter finals!
- Tag Team Bout - Greek Gods vs. Norse Gods Man-Mountain defeated Proteus with a MOUNTAIN SLIDE at 23:33 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: When The Greek Gods issued their challenge at the top of the show, they can't have been expecting a performance like this from their Norse counterparts. For the most part Actagon and Proteus found themselves on the defensive, unable to really get a grip on the encounter, always having to struggle to stay in contention. When the end came it was no real surprise, a great finish by Man-Mountain with his MOUNTAIN SLIDE. Where do the Greeks go from here? They haven't held the titles for a long time now and have lacked any real consistency for a long time. Meanwhile, the Norse Gods will hope this fine win could kick start a run of good results for them.
- Singles Bout - Wolf vs. Executioner Wolf defeated Executioner with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW at 5:38 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Following a number of disappointing or average performances, Wolf lifted his game here and put in the kind of display we all know he is capable of. It was a great, dominating show from Wolf, taking the advantage early and never letting up. When the end came, it was with the feared SAVAGE FACE CLAW, Executioner never looked even close to escaping its formidable grip. With the match over, Wolf made his way toward the backstage area, he was met on the way by a tall, gorgeous, dark haired woman. They exchanged a fierce and primal kiss before vanishing from view. Her identity remains a mystery, but she is already a talking point amongst the GWF's legion of fans!

GWF 66 05.14.2088 from The Pinwheel, Traingulum Galaxy, M33.
- Thantos - There seems to be something of a curse with superstars coming out at the start of the events and making claims as to their skills and then losing their match-up! However, that didn't stop Thantos from making an appearance as the show opened, he carried his championship belt to the ring and found himself a microphone. "I'll make this brief, its the quarter finals of the RingMaster tournament and I'm here to watch the wannabes struggle to impress and prove themselves worthy of facing me for this" As he spoke, he slapped a hand against the face plate of his title belt. He continued "I look forward to pulling the wings off of whichever fly makes his way into my web."
The champion dropped the microphone and rolled out of the ring, strolling from sight, taking his time and he hadn't left as the theme music for Beast-Rider sounded, perhaps wisely the Space Cropper didn't made an appearance until Thantos had vacated the area.
- Singles Bout - Beast-Rider vs. Death Knight Beast-Rider defeated Death Knight with a BULLDOG RIDE at 3:43 Match Rating: 1.75 Match Notes: These two lower level stars put on a reasonable show, it was the reversal of cross-body block that gave Beast-Rider the advantage. He followed that up with a series of decent moves that finally earned him a win of which he seemed very proud. With the victory recorded, Renegade emerged to congratulate his team mate, there was a great deal of back slapping and celebration.
- Singles Bout - Pit Viper vs. Executioner Pit Viper defeated Executioner with a VENOM BLAST at 6:34 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Pit Viper took a great win, impressing with the way he handled the bigger man. He hit a great flying elbow to his opponent while he was out of the ring. Executioner made it back between the ropes, but was caught by a couple of Titan Drops that really changed the course of the bout, there wasn't much fight left in the villain thereafter. Viper straddled the corner turnbuckle and saluted the fans, he seems happy and motivated right now, this really showed in his performance.
- Tag Team Bout - Bloodline vs. Beauty and the Beast Star Warrior defeated The Creeper with a NOVA LAUNCH at 3:25 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: Omega and Vanity started the bout, the flamboyant one seemed to relish taking on the legendary Omega, but he quickly tagged out to Creeper the moment Star Warrior got involved. Vanity then made himself unavailable for the tag, leaving Creeper to fend for himself, in fact he was halfway down the ring walk when the match ended. Bloodline will no doubt be thankful for the run out, using the bout to sharpen their skills in a continued effort to put themselves back into the tag title picture.
- RingMaster Quarter Final - Actagon vs. Splatter Actagon defeated Splatter with a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP at 4:32 Match Rating: 3.25 Match Notes: Actagon looked in fantastic shape here as he recorded a strong in over the psychotic Splatter. Both men had a few chances early on, but it wasn't long before Actagon really took over, his power and athleticism proving the difference maker. A very solid Grecian Power Drop led to an equally effective GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP. Splatter struggled in vain to escape, eventually leaving the referee with no choice but to declare the bout at an end. With the semi-finals to come, can Actagon bag himself a shot at the biggest prize in professional wrestling?
- Tag Team Bout - Norse Gods vs. TitanPower Lord Nexus defeated Man-Mountain with a TITAN DROP at 9:05 Match Rating: 3.75 Match Notes: Lord Nexus was the clear dominant force in this bout, his speed was just too much for Man-Mountain at both the start and end of the encounter. During the mid section, both Nexus and Boxer proved superior to their opponents and in truth they just never looked like losing. A fine win for the Titans and they'll be eager to press their case for another shot at The Gladiators soon. There are a couple of teams looking good at the moment, the tag scene in the GWF is really heating up just now.
- Singles Bout - Invincible Krakan vs. Massif Massif defeated Invincible Krakan with an Abdominal claw at 2:05 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: What should have been a main event of a bout was actually nothing more than a damp squib. Massif just outclassed and overpowered his opponent. Krakan was lost, simply unable to mount a credible defence against the bigger man's onslaught. The crowd seemed unimpressed, there really wasn't anything for them to get excited about here. With luck the final match-up of the evening will provide a greater level of entertainment.
- RingMaster Quarter Final - Spike vs. Mesmer Mesmer defeated Spike with a BLACKOUT at 1:28 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: The crowd may have wanted a good finish to the night, but it wasn't to be, despite having beaten both Lord Nexus and Massif on his way to the quarters with two memorable performances, Spike just didn't seem to turn up for this bout. The brief fight was brought to a premature end with a swift BLACKOUT that left the Gladiator completely unable to continue. Mesmer finds himself now due to face Actagon in the semi-finals.
- A challenger decided. - As the final bout of the night came to an end and the first of the RingMaster semi-finalists were known. Thantos, who had been sat at ringside for both of the tournament bouts, took to the microphone and started to speak. "Looks like we have a couple of no-hopers into the semi's of this thing. Actagon or Mesmer? Really? Please.. come on, I need a challenge! "Now as you know, three men were precluded from the RingMaster event" as he spoke, the images of Star Warrior, Vanity and The Creeper filled the big screens in the arena. "At the RingMaster PPV, while the next number one challenger is decided, I shall defend my title against the best of the men left out of the event" The images on the screen changed, the three faces fading away to be replaced by the lone visage of Star Warrior. "Yeah, that's right, I shall put my title on the line against the most deserving of competitors, Vanity!" The image of Star Warrior faded as Vanity's music filled the arena, a few moments later a clearly stunned Vanity arrived, it took him just a second or two to regain his composure and accept the bout at the forthcoming PPV.

GWF 67 05.21.2088 from The Deadpool, Bezzirides.
- Vanity - With the opening of the show, a dozen scantily clad beauties sashayed down the entrance walkway, forming a tunnel of feminine beauty. They each held aloft a huge, many coloured feather fan. Then a half dozen bare chested men strode into view, they carried aloft a huge sedan chair in which sat Vanity. Amid the fanfare, Vanity was carried to the ring, once through the ropes a rain of bright ticker tape fluttered about the ring. Then a voice filled the arena "Ladies and gentleman, the next Galaxian Heavyweight champion: Vanity!" The party continued for sometime, before finally Commissioner Carter arrived and ushered the flamboyant one from the ring. Now, at last the show could begin in earnest.
- Singles Bout - Pulsar vs. Adam Blast Pulsar defeated Adam Blast with a WHIRLWIND at 8:13 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: These two young superstars put on a great show, opening up the event with a real display of competitive and exciting wrestling. Adam Blast began well, taking the initiative and launching a concerted attack, this was finally curtailed by an excellent recovery from Pulsar, he took to a high flying offensive strategy and wore down Blast until he could claim the pin. A fabulous victory for the popular young Titan, he seems to be finding his feet and making real strides in his progress.
- Singles Bout - The Creeper vs. Battering Ram The Creeper defeated Battering Ram with an ELIMINATOR at 10:16 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: This was supposed to be an easy win for Battering Ram, an opportunity for him to get a victory under his belt and start to show his potential. He simply hasn't performed since he arrived from the Andromeda Wrestling Alliance. This was no different, while he had the better of much of the bout, he wasn't able to turn this into a significant win. Meanwhile The Creeper did his thing and impressed with claiming a great win he wasn't expected to record. The crowd, while appreciative of the good show by Creeper, they voiced their dissatisfaction with Battering Ram, is he really out of his depth in the GWF?
- Singles Bout - Invincible Krakan vs. Proteus Invincible Krakan defeated Proteus with a Disqualification at 3:24 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Proteus got himself disqualified when the action spilled out of the ring, both men grabbed steel chairs, but it was the greek who struck first. The referee acted immediately and sounded the bell. Krakan, despite a nasty cut to the forehead, seemed pleased enough with the result, putting a mark in the win column obviously lifting his spirits. Meanwhile, Proteus just seemed unhappy, he was unfocused from start to finish. Rumour has it that he is a displeased with the recent poor showing of the Greek Gods tag team, and perhaps a little jealousy at the recent good showing by Actagon in the RingMaster Tournament.
- Tag Team Bout - TitanPower vs. Bloodline Star Warrior defeated Billy Jo Boxer with a NOVA LAUNCH at 4:19 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: This was considered by some to be an unofficial number one contenders bout, this remains to be seen. No doubt Commissioner Carter will make a decision very soon. Whatever the credentials of the bout, it was very much the Star Warrior show, he pretty much took on the two Titans on his own and recorded the win with Omega only stepping in to prevent the pin. Billy Jo Boxer showed some fortitude though in surviving the first NOVA LAUNCH, the second however followed immediately and was too much for the already stunned Boxer.
- RingMaster Quarter Final - Exo-King vs. Comrade Terror Exo-King defeated Comrade Terror with a King Power slam at 24:13 Match Rating: 4.50 Match Notes: This was an absolute war! Both men gave it everything in a battle that could have gone either way at any point. Both guys had good opportunities to forge an advantage but it proved tough for either of them to force any significant edge. Both competitors showed signs of fatigue, the bout slowing into a real slugfest of big shots and power manoeuvres. Finally Exo-King landed the one big move that ended things, the three count coming much to his clear relief. The crowd erupted into appreciation at what they had seen, even though neither of this warriors are popular in their own rights, the fans of the GWF know a great bout when they see it!
- Tag Team Bout - Gladiators of Aethra vs. Animal Magic Incredible Badger defeated Brute with an Ani-Men Ax Handle at 7:12 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: The Gladiators had requested this bout, hoping perhaps to prove their superiority over the previous champions. However, the Ani-men had other ideas and showed why they have fast become one of the GWF's most respected tag teams. Well, that respect rests mostly on the shoulders of Incredible Badger who is one of the more gifted tag wrestlers this sport has ever seen. If Commissioner Carter had any doubt about which team should be given the title shot at the RingMaster PPV, this result may have made up his mind. Certainly the fans seem eager to see the next chapter in the rivalry between these teams.
- RingMaster Quarter Final - Bishop Hell vs. Commander Sam Bishop Hell defeated Commander Sam with a HELLFIRE at 1:28 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Bishop Hell was in no mood to mess around here, the first chance he got to use his illegal HELLFIRE, he used it. Blasting Sam into near unconsciousness that made the pin a simple matter. The fans were not happy, having been looking forward to a big ending to the evening, how on earth the referee missed the banned finisher is beyond belief. It seemed a blatant cheat by the villain. However, the result stands and Bishop Hell becomes the last man into the semi-finals.

GWF 68 05.28.2088 from Galatea Gymnasium, Galatea Moon, Neptune.
- Show Opening - Doc Strongbow made his way to the ring at the start of the show. "Good evening everyone, welcome to another fantastic evening of GWF action. We are just days away from RingMaster 2088 where we'll see the semi-finals and finals of the competition, Exo-King, Bishop Hell, Actagon and Mesmer are the four men who will battle for the honour of winning the number one contenders spot." He paused a moment, milking the enthusiasm of the crowd before he continued "Thantos will put his title on the line against Vanity, while we'll see The Gladiators defend their tag titles against Titan Power" Taking a moment before moving on, he lifted a hand to hush the crowd "In other news, I have to tell you that Battering Ram is taking a leave of absence for a few weeks. He'll be back in action at some point next month. Now on with the show!"
- Singles Bout - Pit Viper vs. Death Knight Pit Viper defeated Death Knight with a Deathjump at 4:23 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Pit Viper was expected to win and did so without much fuss, a straight forward victory that saw Death Knight put in very little by way of offence. He was simply overmatched by the young Titan. The crushing deathjump that earned the three count was a stunning moment of poetry in motion. The jump itself, the pin, the count and Pit Vipers rolling from the ring was pretty much all in one movement. This evening the fans embraced Viper, and he clearly loved them, he is clearly on something of a high at the moment.
- Singles Bout - Pulsar vs. Mutant Pulsar defeated Mutant with a WHIRLWIND at 18:53 Match Rating: 3.75 Match Notes: Pulsar claimed a good victory against Mutant who arrived focused and dedicated to the ring. The popular young Titan had enough in his locker to defeat his long time rival, showing perhaps that he is taking his development to the next level.
- Tag Team Bout - TitanPower vs. Space-Croppers Billy Jo Boxer defeated Beast-Rider with a Left hook at 11:01 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Three of the four men put on a real show, the Titans worked well together, a slick wrestling machine resulting in some great attacking combinations that gradually got the better of Renegade who dominated the ring time for his team. He put in a great effort and had chances to clam the win on his own. Finally Beast-Rider got the tag into the action and started well, before missing with a turnbuckle smash, dazed, he stumbled into a cracking left hook from Billy Jo that brought the match up to a very sudden finish.
- Here comes The Creeper - With Vanity headed for a title shot at the next PPV, it seems his tag partner is keen for some of the lime light himself. With little fanfare he made his way to the ring and clambered clumsily between the ropes. Once back to his feet, he claimed a microphone and grunted noisily, making little sense before finding his rhythm and managing to grumble a challenge to the GWF’s biggest man Massif. Creeper bounced and stumbled about the ring, continuing to grunt a monosyllabic rant that was greeted with a chorus of boos fro the fans, only subsiding and changing to cheers as the former Galaxian champion’s music sounded and the hulking form of Massif emerged. Was that a hint of regret that crossed the face of The Creeper, has he bitten off more than he can chew?
- Singles Bout - The Creeper vs. Massif Massif defeated The Creeper with a VOLCANIC DROP at 1:26 Match Rating: 0.10 Match Notes: Massif wasted no time here, the only surprise was that Creeper kicked out of the first pin attempt. The big man showed no mercy however and followed this his Volcanic Drop and the three count was inevitable. The popular giant made time for the fans as he made his way from the arena, giving his felled opponent the time to gather his wits and stagger painfully behind the scenes.
Spike vs. Adam Blast Spike defeated Adam Blast with a SUPER DESTROYER at 2:57 Match Rating: 1.75 Match Notes: The young Adam Blast seems keen to prove himself and requested this match up with Spike, hoping perhaps to impress by defeating the Gladiator who has already forced his way into title contention here in the GWF. However, Spike is nobody’s meal ticket and he had other ideas, a crushing deathjump saw the young earth-man at the mercy of a truly thunderous Super Destroyer. Spike has fared pretty well so far, just needing to up his game against the very best. Certainly the pressure will be on him to impress from the Aethran authorities.
- Tag Team Bout - Norse Gods vs. Henchmen Executioner defeated Man-Mountain with a Face claw at 10:15 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Neither of these teams have been on the up of late, both were in need of a good performance. While the Henchmen worked well together, tagging in and out to keep the momentum on their side as much as possible, the Norse Gods were not so successful, Man Mountain was in the ring for nearly the entirety of the bout. Lightening sought to enter the action, but just could not get the tag, is this a simple miscommunication or signs of a deeper issue? Man Mountain held his own for some time, but seemed to run out of steam, he found himself slumped in a corner and victim to several face claws in a row, the third of which forced him to submit. The Henchmen seemed happy with the win, though kept celebration to a minimum, perhaps choosing to focus on bigger targets in the future.
- Doc Strongbow - Before the main event of the evening, Doc Strongbow emerged and made his way to the ring ready to address the many fans in attendance.
“Hello my friends, before we get our main event underway, just a word on our upcoming PPV event. As you know, we’re set to find ourselves a new number one challenger to the Galaxian title, I’m here to confirm exciting news in the tag division, not only will The Gladiators defend their titles against Titan Power, but we’ll also see The Animal Magic and Bloodline face off for the number one contender spot. This promises to be a fabulous event, do not miss it! I gotta tell you, Commissioner Carter is really ramping up the competition levels here in the GWF, negotiations are already in progress to sign even more talent to the roster, expect further announcements very soon!”
Strongbow made his exit, pumping his fist excitedly to the crowd as the famous bloodcurdling howl of Wolf was heard, signalling his arrival.
- Singles Bout - Wolf vs. Killer Queen Wolf defeated Killer Queen with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW at 8:51 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: This intense bout was a close fought affair for the most part, the action swinging back and forth as neither man could create a significant advantage. However, the end was swift and brutal, a sudden burst of energy from Wolf culminated in a high impact Wolf Skullcrusher that so very nearly garnered a three count. While the game Killer Queen was able to kick out, he immediately fell victim to the Savage Face Claw and there is often no defence against such a painfully debilitating manoeuvre. Wolf seemed very pleased with himself and will no doubt hope he can finally find some consistent form that will allow him to realise his undoubted potential.

RingMaster 2088 05.30.2088 from Cancri Canopy
- Doc Strongbow - With the excited, capacity crowd settled in place, the array of huge screens s around the Canopy flickered into life and the familiar face of Commissioner Carter came into view. “Good evening and welcome to RingMaster, where tonight we’ll see both titles defended. Furthermore, I give my personal guarantee that the best is yet to come, now over to the Doc” With that said, the screens reverted to the classic GWF logo and Doc Strongbow emerged into the arena. He held his arms aloft and turned to face each collection of fans in turn, before lifting a microphone and pumping the crowd up even more. “Here we go, strap yourselves in fight fans! Welcome to another fabulous PPV event, it’s all on the line today, titles and title shots are up for grabs. As ever for those of you watching at home, I’ll be calling the action. But no more messing around, come join me at ringside!” With that the Doc slid into his commentary position and the house light dimmed.
- Singles Bout - Proteus vs. Executioner Executioner defeated Proteus with a HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE at 22:45 Match Rating: 3.75 Match Notes: We were hoping for a good start to the night, and wow these two did not disappoint. The action was fast, fluid and exciting from first to last, both men kicked out of seemingly match ending positions on several occasions and it was never really clear who was on top until the very end. The final Headsman Guillotine finished an exhausted Proteus, not that Executioner was in much better shape, he barely had the energy to crawl into a covering position. Still, a great result for the villain. Meanwhile the Greek God looks increasingly frustrated at being able to match his tag partners success in the single ranks, how will he react if Actagon progresses in the RingMaster tournament later tonight?
- Tag Team Bout - Bomb Squad vs. Norse Gods Lightening defeated Adam Blast with a NORSE SLEEPER GRIP at 13:26 Match Notes: Commander Sam and Man-Mountain began the match and seemed to be evenly matched, the huge size advantage for the Norse God was enough to offset Sam’s greater experience. Later in the bout, young Adam Blast proved himself very capable against both his opponents, but perhaps some youthful inexperience let him down a little, and rather than tagging out when he had the chance, he stayed in the ring and a lapse in concentration saw him fall victim to the Norse Sleeper. The learning curve continues.
- Cosmic Cage Bout - Wolf vs. Splatter Wolf defeated Splatter with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW at 11:57 Match Notes: There’s always a sense of real excitement when the cage descends over the ring and there was no exception here. Both men were bold and fearless as they entered the ring, squaring off like a pair of prime hunters as they waited for the bell. When it sounded, all hell broke lose. With the cage itself used as a weapon, there was no quarter given. Wolf found himself bloodied after a repeated face into the cage, while Splatter somehow survived two Savage Face Claws in the midst of the action, leaving him bleeding profusely as the action continued. When the third and final Face Claw locked in, it came as no surprise that Splatter tapped, he may have little regard for his own safety, but even he has his limits. Not a comfortable watch this one, and it left the crowd a little shocked.
- RingMaster Semi-Final - Exo-King vs. Bishop Hell Bishop Hell defeated Exo-King with a HELLFIRE at 4:07 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Poor Exo-King. Clearly he was wary of the Hellfire and did all he could to prevent its use, a strategy that served him well for a time. However, Bishop Hell is as cunning as he is dangerous. He caught the King with a Flying Cross that the big man easily kicked out of even before the referee had begun to count. But he leaped back to his feet a little too fast and into the full fury of the Hellfire. Again, questions will be asked as to how the referee missed it, but it is one heck of a weapon.
- RingMaster Semi-Final - Actagon vs. Mesmer Actagon defeated Mesmer with a Deathjump at 6:14 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: If the first semi final was won by a blatantly illegal move, this second was decided by pure wrestling excellence. Actagon never gave Mesmer time to get into his stride, enuring that he dominated proceedings with a mostly mat based grappling clinic. But, boy, this Greek God can fly when he has to. First he hit a huge flying skullcrusher from the top rope to the outside of the ring, a clearly stunned Mesmer barely made it back before the count, but had nothing left when Actagon landed a perfect cross body block from the top rope, capturing the pin in a single fluid motion.
- The final decided. - With both semi-finals completed, the auditorium faded to black before huge images of Bishop Hell and Actagon flooded the senses. Doc Strongbow again addressed the crowd. “Congratulations to our finalists who will meet later tonight in wha promises to be a true classic, may the best man win, a title shot awaits.” He paused a moment before lifting the microphone again and continuing. “Talking of title shots, it’s time we found our next number one contender and challenger for the tag belts. Ladies and Gentlemen, prepare to welcome Bloodline and Animal Magic!”
- Tag Team Bout - Bloodline vs. Animal Magic Omega defeated Reptillo with a TOMAHAWK THRUST at 22:41 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: While Star Warrior started the match for his team, it was Omega who truly deserved the win, he was rolled back the years and more than held his own against both the Ani-Men. Omega’s best days may be behind him, but maybe it’s the buzz if competing alongside his son, he just lifts his game it seems, the final Tomahawk Thrust was a real reminder of his past glories. Neither Badger or Reptillo can have much to complain about, they both gave it everything and competed extremely well, showing why they were previously the longest reigning AWA tag champions in history.
- Tag Team Title Bout - Gladiators of Aethra vs. TitanPower for the Galaxian Tag Team Championship Massacre defeated Billy Jo Boxer with a DECAPITATOR at 6:00 Match Rating: 2.75 Match Notes: The Gladiators showed again why they are the dominant force in the tag scene at the moment, securing a pretty routine victory with a minimum of fuss. The two Titans looked shell shocked at the end, having been well beaten and not really shown what they can do, they’ll need to regroup and come back stronger if they want a chance of holding the titles at any point.
- RingMaster Final - Actagon vs. Bishop Hell Bishop Hell defeated Actagon with a HELLFIRE at 3:13 Match Rating: 2.25 Match Notes: He did it again! The infernal Hellfire ending another contest early and giving Bishop Hell the next title shot. The finish was quick and decisive, but completely out of the blue, both men had battled evenly, solid wresting skills to the fore and it seemed that maybe we were in for a classic. But all it takes is a single lapse from the referee and the Bishop is merciless with his Hellfire.
- Vanity - With the main event up next, the crowd waited expectantly eager for more action. Suddenly the lights dimmed, blackness engulfed the arena, moments later a beam of golden light illuminated the walkway to the ring and a low, steady drumbeat sounded. From the back stage came a collection of scantily clad women, each with a replica Galaxian title belt over each shoulder, these they proceeded to lay down in a row, forming a pathway along the walkway. In total they laid 35 title belts, each a replica of the title belt and each adorned with an image of a different GWF superstar. Then Vanity emerged, accompanied by a stunning young woman who carried another replica belt, this one clutched in her manicured fingers, adorned with an image of Vanity himself. The vain one stepped toward the ring, each time ensuring he planted a foot squarely on the image of a competitor. Once he’d climbed into the ring and been presented with his “title belt” the girls departed, collecting the other belts on their way in a most provocative manner.
- Galaxian Title Bout - Thantos vs. Vanity for the Galaxian Championship Thantos defeated Vanity with a double knee lift at 5:31 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Vanity may have put on show (of dubious taste) during his walk to the ring, but he had nothing of note to offer against the champion who seemed to take great delight in dismantling his opponent. Job done, Thantos stepped from the ring and after snatching his belt from the referee strode away without a backward glance. With his dreams and ego crushed, Vanity sat in in the ring for some minutes before finding the motivation to leave.
- Doc closes the show. - With the the action at an end, Doc Strongbow clambered into the ring to address the crowd before they left. “Wow, what a show! Now we know our headline title bouts for next months StarSlam II, I for one cannot wait to see The Gladiators take on Bloodline, and how will Thantos cope with Bishop Hell and his Hellfire.” Before he could fully finish, he put a finger to his ear as though receiving a message and paused a moment before speaking again. “Distressing news has just reached us, the AWA (Andromeda Wrestling Alliance) heavyweight champion “Iron Mane” has been kidnapped in a violent altercation with unknown assailants. Nothing more at this stage, but all of us here at the GWF send our very best to our friends in the AWA and of course to Iron Mane and his family. Take care folks, be good to one another”

GWF 69 06.04.2088 from Gemenid Grand Grotto
- News Update - - Omega turned down a singles bout with Mutant this week, Pulsar stepped in to replace him amid burgeoning rumours that the two men have been working together a little of late.
- Battering Ram has confirmed his intention to return to action before the next PPV, though is yet to confirm a date. Word is that he is particularly concerned for the whereabouts of his friend Iron Mane. Further complicating matters is the ongoing legal issues he has with the AWA. They retain the trademark for his ring name “Ram” and show no sign of relenting.
- Spike is apparently unhappy that he was denied a cleansing before entering competition in the GWF. He firmly believes he’s done enough in his past to earn the right, and while he remains loyal to the Gladiators, he’s evidently frustrated.
- Lord Nexus and Billy Jo Boxer have recruited Trainer Jim, also a native of Titan, to aid in their training schedule as they look to continue a chase for the take titles.
- It’s finally official, Man-Mountain did eat all the pies.
- Doc Strongbow - The ever popular Doc made his appearance, applauding the crowd as he did so, before waiting for a little quiet before he spoke.
“Good evening folks, after the awesome events of RingMaster the status quo remains, our champions having successful defended both titles. The build up to Star-Slam II starts now. We already know who our challengers will be and over the coming weeks we’ll discover more of the exciting action coming your way at our next PPV, which you will not want to miss.”
As the Doc paused, Actagon emerged from the backstage area and made his way to join Strongbow, the two men shook hands before Actagon took a turn in addressing the fans.
“Thank you all, I’m here to speak to my brother in arms Proteus. My fellow warrior and good friend. While our dual attentions may have diverted of late, it’s time we renewed our commitment to chasing the tag team titles, what say you?”
The crowd clearly enjoyed this sentiment and after the Greek Gods theme hit the arena, Proteus emerged, grinned, nodded and embraced his colleague warmly. Doc Strongbow spoke again.
“There you have it folks, breaking news, the Gods are back on the tag scene for real. Now let’s hit the ring!”
- Tag Team Bout - Greek Gods vs. Space-Croppers Actagon defeated Beast-Rider with a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP at 8:07 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: The Greek Gods stayed in the ring follwowing their bonding moment and were soon joined by the Space Croppers for a well balanced match in which the Neptunians set the early pace. Maybe the Greek Gods are a little ring rusty, whatever, they soon worked it out of their system and began to dominate in the later stages. The win when it came was fully deserved and the popular duo soaked up the appreciative sounds of the fans.
- Singles Bout - Pulsar vs. Mutant Pulsar defeated Mutant with a Disqualification at 12:47 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Pulsar looked in command for much of the match, but just couldn’t put his opponent away. When the bout spilled out of the ring, a complete and sudden loss of focus saw Mutant DQ’d when he threw a number of chairs at the young Titan. He continued his wild assault for a moment, until Pulsar dropped him with a resounding power slam on the outside, which seemed to knock the wind and the fight out of the Mutant.
- Singles Bout - Pit Viper vs. Ghengis Khan Ghengis Khan defeated Pit Viper with a standing karate kick at 5:21 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Pit Viper made his way to the ring wearing an unusual t-shirt with the the words “Why not me?” on the front. He discarded it before the bout with the no-nonsense Khan began. The Titan looked out of sorts and never really threatened, it didn’t come as much of a surprise when Ghengis Khan took a routine win. Not a great deal for the crowd to get into here, despite the ongoing feud between the two.
- Tag Team Bout - Bomb Squad vs. Beauty and the Beast Adam Blast defeated The Creeper with a MEGABLAST at 11:22 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Commander Sam dominated the bout almost from the start, putting on a clinic as he battled both his opponents with just an occasional assist from his partner. Sam certainly took the sting out of the bout, he looked exhausted when he made the final tag to Adam Blast. Fortunately for the young American, neither Vanity or The Creeper had much left in the tank and a couple of Megablasts in succession ended things. A well fought and deserved win for the fan favourites.
- Singles Bout - Massif vs. Spike Spike defeated Massif with a SUPER DESTROYER at 1:56 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Wow! In maybe his most convincing win to date, Spike crushed Massif with ease. Total one way action as he went for it from the bell and took out his evident frustrations on the big man. Maybe that’s the key for Spike: Fight angry.
- Titan Death Match - Billy Jo Boxer vs. Invincible Krakan Invincible Krakan defeated Billy Jo Boxer with a FALLING FACE SLAM at 2:02 Match Rating: 2.25 Match Notes: Another very convincing win and another swift finish. Krakan simply had too much for Billy Jo. The win recorded, Krakan played to the crowd before crushing his beaten foe in several Falling Face Slams in a row. It was only when Lord Nexus rushed to the aid of his friend that Krakan fled, but not before the two had exchanged a flurry of blows and numerous threats to the other.

GWF 70 06.11.2088 from Miranda Centre
- News Update - - Reports out of Titan suggest that Trainer Jim is having a noted positive impact on the team.
- Spike has declared himself unavailable for action this week as he returns to Aethra for "clear the air" talks.
- Omega has also been working with Trainer Jim and the Titan team ahead of Bloodline's impending title shot.
- Iron Mane remains missing from the AWA roster, seeing the federation struggling to stay afloat with the loss of their top man.
- Quoting only "safety in numbers" Red Talon has left the AWA with immediate effect and has been spotted training with the Ani-Men of the GWF.
- Doc Strongbow - With his old ring music filling the auditorium, Doc Strongbow strolled to the ring, saluting the fans and shaking hands along the way. Once into the ring he lifted a microphone and waited for the crowd to quiet before starting to speak. "Good evening and welcome fight fans. It seems a long time since our last show, I guess some weeks just feel longer than others. Tonight we see Bloodline in action as they tune up for their title shot at StarSlam. Also tonight it's a battle of the gods as in our main event The Norse Gods square off with the Greek Gods. This promises to be another great show, of course I promise, we'll keep you up to date on any update to the developing story over in the AWA, we wish all our friends there well."
- Singles Bout - Massif vs. Ghengis Khan Massif defeated Ghengis Khan with a VOLCANIC DROP at 6:32 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Solid start to the evening, Massif started very well, really taking it to his opponent with a number of high impact moves including several ring shaking body slams. Khan rallied however and found himself in the ascendancy having withstood that early onslaught. Perhaps looking to prove his own strength he went for a power slam on the bigger man and it really didn't go to well. This gave Massif the opening he needed to take over, while Khan hung in for longer than it looked possible, he was taking quite the beating. When Massif hit the one and only VOLCANIC DROP of the bout, it was more than enough to secure the win.
- Singles Bout - Pulsar vs. Killer Queen Killer Queen defeated Pulsar with a Knife Edge at 3:50 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: The ever enthusiastic Pulsar bounded to the ring to great acclaim from the fans, this however was as good as it got for the young Titan. He did however survive two CHECKMATE's much to the annoyance of Killer Queen, who having secured the win proceeded to lock his young opponent in his finisher again and cinch it in tight. Pulsar's screams of agony eventually saw Pit Viper rush to the ring, Queen making a get away just in the nick of time. Viper helped his team mate from the ring who was clearly in some pain.
- Tag Team Bout - excrop vs. ex6 Reptillo defeated Beast-Rider with a Flying Tackle at 5:27 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Beast Rider and Badger started things off with the Ani-Man taking an immediate advantage with a strong start. However, when he missed with a running tackle and hit the turnbuckle hard, Renegade tagged in and turned the tables. The two Neptunian's really took it to Badger, isolating him and delivering a beat down as they tagged in and out a few times. Finally Badger was able to make the tag to Reptillo who managed to secure the win in short order, before Renegade could really react it was over. Beast Rider looked somewhat bemused at how suddenly and quickly the veteran Reptillo had managed to turn the tide of the bout.
- Tag Team Bout - ex7 vs. exhench Executioner defeated Omega with a HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE at 12:18 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Star Warrior took the early advantage, battling both of his opponents in turn, however as he began to tire so the Henchmen were able to exert some real control on the bout. Warrior was able to tag in his father and Omega initially rallied extremely well, taking it to both Terror and then Executioner. This did prove to be short lived however as Executioner found the means to really bring the pain to Omega setting him up for several big moves including three HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE's! These left Omega helpless to the pin, Star Warrior attempted the save but was blocked by Comrade Terror, these two battled outside of the ring for a time after the bell.
- Singles Bout - Vanity vs. Adam Blast Vanity defeated Adam Blast with a Cropper Slam at 6:57 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: These two fought a close bout, the action going back and forth for some time. When Adam took an awkward fall out of the ring, he struggled to make it back into the ring before the ten count. Though he made it in time, he was easy prey for the Cropper Slam. With the bout completed, Vanity showboated for the fans and spent some time soaking up the adulation of his fans. Suddenly Vanity's music came to an end and the theme for Animal Magic filled the arena. An annoyed Vanity turned around looking for a reason, but found himself suddenly assaulted by the arrival of Red Talon. The attack came out of nowhere and clearly stunned Vanity who had little chance to fight back. Red Talon, having got in a couple of good hits, took to the top turnbuckle and posed for the fans, the AWA rookie announcing himself loudly as a newcomer here in the GWF.
- Incredible Badger - Red Talon made to leave the ring as the Animal Magic theme came to an end, before he could vacate the squared circle the same piece of music started again, this time accompanied by Incredible Badger who made his way part way down the entrance ramp and spoke clearly and firmly into a microphone.
"Red Talon, you may be an Ani-Man and as such we welcome you here, safe from whatever is going on over in the AWA right now. But let's be clear, you are not a member of the Ani-Men team here in the GWF. Continue to train with us, prove yourself, earn that right."
With that said, Badger turned and left, leaving a somewhat crestfallen Talon to leave the ring looking a lot less hyped than he had mere moments ago.
- Singles Bout - Exo-King vs. Pit Viper Exo-King defeated Pit Viper with an Atomic Drop at 4:55 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Exo-King made quick work of Pit Viper, never allowing his opponent to put together any real offence. Viper showed some resilience to survive the Death Vise, but that really seemed to slow him down and in the end he was easy prey for a routine finish. The King made little fuss over the win, just raising a fist before stepping over the top rope and departing.
- Tag Team Bout - Greek Gods vs. Norse Gods Actagon defeated Man-Mountain with a Backward Leg-Sweep at 6:48 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Proteus started for the Greek Gods and battled against both of his opponents for a time, both Lightening and Man-Mountain came close to earning the win as they mounted an impressive offence. Finally the beleaguered Proteus made the tag and having taken the sting out of the Norse Gods attack, Actagon was able to catch a winded Man-Mountain with a backward leg-sweep, the big man was unable to lift his shoulders and the three count ended the contest.
- Omega and Trainer Jim - With the action at an end, the living legend Omega and newest Titan Trainer Jim made their way to the ring. Omega graciously introduced Jim in glowing terms, taking a few moments to praise the work effort and impact he was having on the Titan team. "I've worked with and against the best, Jim is a man who knows his stuff, his training methods and knowledge of the wrestling fundamentals are unmatched. It's been a genuine pleasure to work with him and together we hope to hone the next generation of GWF superstars."
Omega paused, handing the microphone to Jim who made to speak but was interrupted by the sudden sound of Thantos' theme filling the auditorium. Both men looked towards the entrance ramp expecting the emergence of the champion. Distracted, they failed to notice the cloaked man who rolled into the ring and levelled both Jim and Omega with a double clothesline. While the mysterious stranger left the ring, Thantos emerged onto the entrance ramp and applauded what he'd just seen. He took a moment to address the crowd. "Let's be clear, I own this fed, I run this fed. I am the GWF. That isn't going to change now or ever. Your supposed next generation will be nothing more than my next victims!"
Thantos then left the arena, followed closely by the cloaked man.
