For the second straight round, Jonathan has a significant size advantage. However, it is Danielson who hold the clear advantage from the bell with his speed and scientific attack. The action goes to the floor and Danielson wins the brawl and then traps Jonathan in a TRIANGLE CHOKE but Jonathan powers out (R7/P2). Jonathan gets some offense in including a series of side kicks to the throat. Danielson hits a Yakzu Kick and then traps Jonathan in CATTLE MUTILATION. Jonathan again uses his power to escape (R7/P4). Jonathan catches Danielson with a running slingshot in the corner and the momentum switches. Jonathan punishes Danielson with power moves and a giant swing gets a 1 count (R8/P2). It seems that every time Danielson tries to get something going Jonathan’s power proves too much to overcome. Danielson catches Jonathan with a tackle in the corner and follows with a Yakuza Kick. Jonathan is reeling and Danielson hits a suicide dive and the fans are on their feet. Back inside, Danielson cover for 1 (R11/P4). Jonathan counters a deathjump with a boot to the face and the action goes to the floor. Danielson wins the brawl on the floor. Danielson with another suicide dive and ringside is unglued. Danielson hooks the leg for two (R8/P5). Danielson and Jonathan spill to the floor and this time Jonathan comes out on top. Jonathan goes to the top of the corner but Danielson counters with a boot to the face. Jonathan is able to recover and catches Danielson rebounding off the ropes with a big boot to the face. It is all Jonathan now. Danielson crumples to the floor and Jonathan comes off the top of the corner onto Danielson at ringside. The fans explode. Danielson crawls back into the ring at 9 ½. Danielson somehow counters a charge into the corner with a knee to the chest and the strikes with a Yakuza Kick that drops Jonathan to the mat. Danielson covers for 2 (R8/P6). Jonathan once again makes a comeback including a swinging full nelson, atomic drop, running slingshot and rolling back splash. Danielson once again blocks a charge in the corner and then unleashes suplex arsenal. The crowd is rocked and Danielson covers. 1, 2, kick out! (R9/P7). Danielson appears unstoppable now and unleashes a solid attack on Jonathan. At one point, Danielson hits a back suplex that shakes the ring.
