I liked the Trivia Battle Royal.
I think that the Q&A sessions should be eliminated. Tom makes himself available all weekend long to us, why should we sit there & listen to the same questions that Tom isn't going to answer directly. Wait until next year folks.
Todd needs one or two people to help free him up. One person at the door to sign people in & take their money. Another person at the merchandise table & Todd to manage the schedule. It was crazy that we only played 1 tournament on Saturday night before 7pm.
Speaking of tournaments, sign-up for those tournaments should be as you enter the Con at the front door. You shouldn't have to go around & search for participants at the last minute. There should be a defined time that each tournament will begin & we should stick to that time. If Q&A is to continue, why cannot a tournament be going on in the atrium during the Q&A for those not interested in listening.
Overall, I think what we needed is organization & time management. Todd can't do it all, it shows. Give the guy some help.

I agree that we have to re-do tourneys as IB couldn't play in Kevin's hardcore tourney cause she wore out before it even occurred. I was worn out by the time the rest of the tourneys started (If I had known we were going to have so much trouble with the legends tag tourney being the only one before 7, I'd have entered the Legends Tag Tourney) The Q and A could be eliminated as most of our questions are answered by Tom, Mark and Kris during the con itself. Tom could just mention anyone signed as a little announcement. The Trivia Battle Royal was awesome and we should do that every year, definitely. Hopefully we'll be back at the college or Sheldon or anywhere other than Friendly's on Sunday as it was just too hectic and impossible to concentrate.
As to KK, I'm doing fine, Brat and I liked KW's color card (awesome as always) and we look forward to whatever color card eventually comes out.

What we do at work with our CEO and management team when we have questions is have an "Ask Don" sheet. We address our questions to him, and when he gets enough, he'll type up the question with the answer. Tom, Kris, Mark, etc could do this and post it here for people to see as well...it'd save a lot of time and still give us a good answer maybe.

Put me on the list of those willing to help. As a guy who plays 90%+ Legends, I am probably most easily available throughout the day to work the check-in, merchandise table, run brackets, etc., so the CotG guys can maximize the playing time.

Great feedback guys, keep it coming if there is anything else. I don't think I really need to be convinced that there needs to be more tournaments. But its good to hear that it continues to be a priority.

GalactiCup tournament should only be GWF guys. It always was. I won the second year of it with Raven 2112, so it wasn't always GWF guys.

Though 7 of the 8 entrants this year were and the only one who wasn't was by a Legends guy. Shouldn't be restricted, though I doubt there's a lot of non GWF guys people would want.
About the voice recordings, one thing I've learned is that some people are self-conscious about others being in the room, so maybe there should be times where it's just Mark, the person doing the voice and if the person is there, the person's spouse.

I'm sure all anyone who wants that situation would have to do is ask and others would clear out with no problem. Heck, I'll even just set the recording on autopilot and leave if that'll make it better! As for the Q&As, I don't take it personally that they get cut down or out. We're there to play, after all.
