Cuban Assassin squashed George South.
Nothing happening in the opening match, as Fidel got the advantage at the bell and never let up. He won in about two minutes with FIDEL'S BACKBREAKER.

Cowboy Scott Casey won by countout over Big Bully Busick.
After bullying his way out of the short lived tag team with Frank Dalton, Bully tried to establish himself solo. He jumped Casey at the bell, but Scott fought back. They went at it with neither man able to establish control until a flurry from Casey sent Busick to the floor. Bully decided to take his ball and go home, and walked to the locker room to take the countout.

The Barbarian (w/Kevin Sullivan) beat Ox Baker.
Dungeon Of Doom isn't done yet, as Barbarian won a tough one over Ox in about six minutes after the FLYING CLOTHESLINE.

Midnight Express (Rose and Condrey) beat The Fantastics with help from Dynamite Kid.
After over ten minutes of action, Bobby was on top of Rose for the pin. Condrey came in for the pin save, but was met by Rogers. As they fought the referee was distracted and didn't see Dynamite come in from behind and give Fulton a reverse piledriver, then set Rose on top for the pin.

One Man Gang PINNED Big Van Vader.
Vader was in control of the hard hitting match until being distracted by Sullivan when the fight went to the floor. Gang attacked from behind, got Vader back into the ring, and used the 747 SPLASH for the upset.

Rowdy Roddy Piper defeated Tiger Conway Jr.
Roddy came in much more aggressive than fans are used to seeing lately. He tossed Conway all over the ring and to the floor several times before finally getting the win with the SLEEPER.

Wahoo McDaniel and King Kong Bundy went to a double countout in a US title match.
I could not have gotten a better result from the charts on this one. Perfectly keeps the rivalry going and saves Bundy's title in the process. They beat on each other until the match spilled to the floor, where neither man would listen to the referee until he had no choice but to count them both out.

Ross and Solie opened the show and brought out the team of Sgt Slaughter and Don Kernodle, fresh off of their victory in a cage last week. Sarge said they finished things with The Samoans last week and now they are setting their sights on the tag team champions, The Road Warriors. Kernodle said the team is all the way back but they won't be able to stake their claim as the best until they meet and beat Hawk and Animal. Paul Ellering entered the scene and said the  duo is awfully ambitious, but The Legion Of Doom loves a challenge and there's no better way to start the second reign of terror than beating a celebrated former championship team. Ellering said they've got themselves a match and they'd better get prepared because it's tonight. Mike Rotunda came out and wished his allies well and said his climb up the ladder is just beginning but tonight is their chance to get back on top and he wishes them well.

Mike Rotunda beat Keith Steinborn.
Rotunda handled business and won in about two minutes after the AIRPLANE SPIN.

Bobby Heenan, world champ Paul Orndorff, US champ King Kong Bundy, Harley Race, and Rick Rude descended on the interview area. Heenan said Bockwinkel made the mistake of his life...and was cut off by Orndorff, who was in a rage as usual. Paul said Bockwinkel ran his mouth last week, but he should just run as far from here as he can because he's a marked man. Bundy said the same goes for Wahoo McDaniel, who was lucky to get away when they met in Norfolk, but his luck will run out next time he runs into Bundy. Race finished up by talking about the tag team champions and how the titles will not be able to escape the grasp of the Heenan family now that Race and Rude have come together as the most unstoppable tag team in the world. Rude got the last word by saying talk is cheap and actions speak louder than words. He slapped Race on the chest and they hit the ring. 

Harley Race and Rick Rude demolished The Mulkey brothers. 
Randy Mulkey tried a single leg on Rude at the bell. Big mistake. Rude pounded him into the mat and hit the RUDE AWAKENING as Race grabbed Bill and gave him a FISHERMAN SUPLEX at the same time for the double pin. 

Macho Man Randy Savage pinned Cuban Assassin.
The Cuban gave Savage a challenge, but the Macho Man won in convincing fashion after a top rope axe handle to the floor and a followup vaulting neck snap for the pin.

The enraged Macho Man spoke to Jim Ross after the match. He said Piper and he were supposed to have a one off match in the Omni to settle their differences, but Piper decided to take it to the next level and hit him with a chair. Savage warned that makes Piper a wanted man. Ross noted Piper's change in attitude of late and the aggressive streak he's shown in the ring. Savage said Piper can bring everything he has because that will make it so much sweeter when the Macho Man puts him down.

Dynamite Kid (w/Matt Borne) beat Sam Houston to defend the junior heavyweight championship.
Sam gave it his all in the match, but Kid was too much to handle. In the end Kid tossed Sam out of the ring and distracted the ref so Borne could take some cheap shots and toss Houston back into the ring so he could be set up for the DIVING HEAD BUTT and the pin. 

Roddy Piper brought back Piper's Pit and spoke about Savage before bringing out his guest. He said Savage cost him the US title, but he should thank Randy for opening his eyes again. He said he tried to be nice and it got him nowhere, because when he's good he's good but when he's bad he's better. He warned that Randy will feel his full wrath and after that no one is safe.


That said, Piper welcomed Kevin Sullivan to the Pit. Sullivan said everyone counted them out after the event at the Omni, but he went back to seek counsel from the Master, ate from the cosmic cookie, and in Norfolk the Dungeon Of Doom came back to full strength. Ox Baker learned not to cross the Barbarian and Vader himself fell to the might of the One Man Gang. Sullivan promised to finish what they started. Sullivan then told Roddy he had a powerful vision of things to come, and Roddy is in great danger but may yet be a great asset in his crusade. Piper was intrigued as Sullivan said he had a gift for Roddy, someone to watch his back. The Taskmaster said he is transferring the services of Hugh Morrus over to Piper to serve as his bodyguard. The Laughing Man came out and Roddy shook his hand like a maniac. Hugh laughed, Roddy laughed, they both cackled like lunatics as Piper thanked Kevin Sullivan for being on Piper's Pit. The trio then got eerily silent and serious as Piper looked directly into the camera and said he's coming for Savage and he's bringing hell with him. 

The Road Warriors and Sgt Slaughter and Don Kernodle wrestled to a double disqualification in tag team title match after "All Hell Has Broken Loose".
An amazing struggle took place from the first bell to the last. As both team racked up fatigue and Jim Ross called the action, all hell broke loose after the Warriors gave Kernodle a double clothesline and Slaughter came in to make the save. The teams brawled out of control and the referee was forced to call off the match.

Adding to the melee after the bell, Rick Rude and Harley Race entered the fray and attacked both teams. The show ended as Hawk fought Rude, Animal brawled with Slaughter, and Harley Race and Don Kernodle slugged it out on the floor.
