That was a pretty cool swerve to close out an exciting PPV... I really like the island connection shared by Muraco and Snuka... With Hot Rod leading the way, this trio is bound to cause some serious damage... Great stuff!

The Road Warriors seem to be having a rough go of it both as a tag and solo. Jannetty and Hennig seem to have a rivalry that really hasn't seen the last chapter yet either. Excellent swerve "bro" with Snuka, Piper and Muraco. I hope this is the beginning of a stable-war??? Maybe???

My Legends fed kicks off again next week! There will be a second tier added, run by none other than JIM CORNETTE! The Wingman Division will have 24 of the greatest names in wrestling:

Adrian Adonis, the Barbarian, Barry Windham, Blackjack Mulligan, Bob Orton Sr and Jr, "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton, Bobby Fulton, Butch Miller, Johnny Valentine, Koko B. Ware, Luke Williams, Magnum T.A., the Masked Superstar, Ranger Ross, Ricky Morton, Robert Gibson, Sam Houston, "Sweet" Stan Lane, "Dr Death" Steve Williams, Terry "Bamm Bamm" Gordy, Tommy Rogers, Tully Blanchard, and the Warlord!

In the top tier, it is being called the StarFighter Division! The roster is the same from the first year, with these exceptions:

Gone are: "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers (injured), Bobo Brazil, Don Curtis, Gorgeous George, and Thunderbolt Patterson!

Entering are: The British Bulldogs, George "The Animal" Steele, "The Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff, and the Dream Team!

New managers in the fed: Miranda Gordy (for Terry Gordy & Steve Williams), Johnny V (for the Dream Team), Paul Ellering (for the LoD), and Jim Cornette (for the Midnight Express)!


A small note: I've improved Terry Gordy's card a bit (+1 on his Finisher, and an "Add 1" on Level 3 Offense), Tully's card (removed the "(ag)" move off his Level 2 Offense, his "move-2" improved to a "move-3" on Level 3 Offense, added an extra "(lv)" option to his Level 3 Defense (he was ALWAYS scooting out of the ring back in the days), and added "Baby Doll distraction-6" to his card. And Bob Backlund has his DQ rating improved to a "3".


The fed restarts by Tuesday at the latest!! Can your heart stand the excitement?!!

For some Guys i would like to have a Rookie Card.

Irl he did team with a young Curt Hennig.

CORNETTE TAKES OVER WINGMAN DIVISION

Commissioner Mick Foley has directed the Powers That Be to the offices of Jim Cornette, and he has signed the contract to be the new commissioner / promoter for the new Wingman Division of the Hall of Fame Fed!

Mr. Cornette is looking forward to taken the reigns of the new division, and pushing his Midnight Express to as-of-yet unobtained heights!

BUDDY ROGERS INJURED, TO SIT OUT YEAR

The vicious attack on "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers by his former tag partner, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, has disheartened the legendary wrestler to the point that he has announced that he will be sitting out the next year as he nurses his injury (undisclosed at this time). Rogers has yet to confirm his return after the year is through, but has stated that he enjoys reading his fan mail and finds the letters he receives to be encouraging.

DREAM TEAM STEAL TEAM ANGLE'S TAG BELTS

At the press conference where the new tier divisions of the federation were announced, the current Tag Team Champions, Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin, had their Tag Belts STOLEN by Brutus Beefcake & Greg Valentine! The cowardly act was not unnoticed, and Haas & Benjamin have done a face-turn as they vow on getting back the Tag Belts, no matter what!  They also have teamed with Kurt Angle to help get back the Belts!
