Starting my new indies fed having to be pinned / submitted roll three times in a row to win rule .
But what about Dq still rolling three times or just once ?

I am still big on doing 2 rolls for DQ as it helps makes the match last longer.

I always roll DQ from "off the card" situations like the Outside the Ring chart twice. I only roll DQ for "on the card" situations like a move tagged with 'dis' once.

Not clear if you’re planning to try this with everybody or just your champs, so I wanted to clarify just in case. Good luck! I’ve always enjoyed this house rule.

I used to roll 3 times on all my matches to simulate the 1,2,3 but the matches were taking a looooong time. Now I do as you mentioned and keep the 3 rolls for championships and main events

Just roll once for everything. I'm not sure what you're getting out of rolling multiple times.
