If there was ever a customer survey, this would be my only negative review for Filsiner Games - any kind of LE card. I hate that new fans, who may have just heard about the game, get penalized through no fault of their own. Agreed! This is why when the "Tournament of Champions" set was being asked about, I said to include out-of-print cards like Draconian Sheik and Bust Up! I SO wish that I had kept that Johnny Rocket Launching Pad extra card instead of returning it to HQ!  Todd C WTIC I'll be honest....If I was a fan that just discoverd the game and wanted to try it out, but found out I couldn't get all of the cards just because of the time I started playing, I probably wouldn't even buy the game. Its one of the reasons I quit collecting figures. I fell out of favor with Marvel is one, but have rare figures and stuff....forget it. I gave away all my old figures. |

People claim thats what happens with collectibles, but I call BS. This game should be better with that and doesn't have to go down that road. It's really my only gripe with this game and I admit, it's a big one. |

Why does everyone need every card? Sometimes you miss things, it doesn't mean you can't derive plenty of enjoyment out of what *is* still available.

Why does everyone need every card? Sometimes you miss things, it doesn't mean you can't derive plenty of enjoyment out of what *is* still available. I think there's a difference between Frogman Leblanc or even Mike McCord, and a much more major figure like Bundy. I dunno...if it doesn't "matter" in the grand scheme of things if you have a Bundy card or not, why the scarcity? |

I'm not the one making decisions about print runs, so I can't answer why it was decided to make Bundy limited. Personally, I probably wouldn't do a whole lot of limited, non-event exclusive cards, but I'm also not in charge, so what I would do is moot. That said, I also accept that sometimes you miss things and it's out of your control, and try not to let that bother me a whole lot. |

It's just a thing in gaming. Collectibles are a part of it. Does it suck? Perhaps, but I've learned not to worry about it. To be honest the bundy color card doesn’t upset me as bad as not getting shiek or inoki cards. Even though they are B/W I greatly miss them |

I believe on Roll Up last year it was mentioned that there would be a new version of King Kong Bundy getting released at some point?
If so, that seems to be a solution that should work for everyone as new players could use King Kong Bundy in their feds while for older players their King Kong Bundy would retain its collectible status and older players could also choose what version of King Kong Bundy they want to use in their feds.
