ONE match and the loser dies... tear up the card right there, they will be deleted from online and no more cards can be sold and the loser can never receive an update. We are going to have to discuss the stipulations..."loser dies", good with that as far as our feud goes; but those others...that's not fair to the rest of the galaxy, I mean no DoT on Kronos, but not having access to the GREATEST FTR Champion, I think you have gone looney Mr. Butcher (  ). Besides, we have 3xx days until GalactiCon 2023...gotta save some of the hype. |

Funny you mentioned D.O.T. twice, Kronos and greatest FTR champion, because there was NO way you was talking about Astarte in either. It will be more of a FINALE than you know sir! Say goodbye to Astarte.... Maybe someday the Astarte cards left floating out there in people's hands will become collectors' items. I remember this guy, he's the one DISCIPLE OF TERROR killed. |

Cool stuff, KB! Now if only we had an OFFICIAL timing system! (Yeah, I may as well mention that yet again)! Anyway, I've seen House Rules like this quite a bit over the years, this is a nice variant! I think my old "GWF Buddy for Life" BRIAN BARROW had something similar way back in the day on Chris's Board!  Any more House Rules? I could always at least consider them for my feds!  Todd C WTIC Someone, and I don't remember who, posted their idea for a timing system on the boards a while back. I actually do a modified version of that. Since I play online, I have use of a roll counter to make this easier to track. Here's how it works:
- Each roll equals 6 seconds of time, so 10 rolls equals a minute
- When the end of the match is tolled (Pinfall, submission, countout, DQ, blood stoppage, etc.) I look at the number of dice rolls tallied. Let's say it was a 15-minute time limit, and a pin was tolled on roll 141.
- I subtract 1 from the roll, leaving 140, or 14 minutes (140/10)
- I then roll one die to get the seconds, so if for example I roll a 3 the official time is 14:03
That's what I've been using and it works great for me. |
