A few quick thoughts from me:
1. I’m sure
Brocster will be proud to see that two of his created wrestlers reached the finals. They each took out some heavy-hitters along the way too.
2. I must admit that I’m absolutely stunned that La Belleza won the tournament this month; She has a 7(4) PIN rating which I figured would come back to bite her in the butt at some point. However, the dice ABSOLUTELY LOVED HER this month. She dominated her first round match with Mother Superior from the onset and Guillotina got DQ’d early on in their second round encounter. Her quarterfinal match with Candy Apple is one of the best matches I’ve ever rolled out. Apple has an ‘Add 1’ move on her card and while she kept landing on it she was never able to hit her finisher and La Belleza never landed on her PIN. Strafe gave her some trouble in the semifinals and was able to roll her two finishers a few times but La Belleza kept getting high rolls on the pin attempts. Belleza then easily handled Raven Stark in the finals.
This just goes to show that anything can happen in a tournament which is one of the reasons why I chose this format for my Fed. We’ll see if La Belleza’s momentum can carry over into her title match with Shann-Ra.
With that we now have all of our new number- one contenders which means it’s time for the monthly Supercard. I hope to roll that out on one of my days off this week.
As always thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to check out, like and comment on my Fed. Until next time I hope everyone has a good day.😀
