Dracula 1931 and frankenstein and the wolfman w/ lon chaney. all classics. Damn straight. Can't go wrong with those. Sadly, Hollywood can go wrong with the reboot. A shared universe with those characters should have been a slam dunk. But Hollywood dribbled it off their legs and out of bounds. So sad.

All year 'round is horror movie season for me. The Nightmare series, Friday the 13th, Halloween excluding this modern reboot. The classics of course. The less mainstream like the Sleepaway Camp series, Slumber Party Massacre...I could go on. Sometimes I even like to jump on Amazon Prime and see what D rate movies they have on there that look like they were shot on a cell phone camera. Some of those are fun. Yea for a few years a decade or so back Halloween lost some magic for me. I realized that since horror went more mainstream it was not a seasonal thing anymore. I watch those movies all year round too but I am trying to get some traditions for the season like the Phantasam series. I only watch that in October. Of course living in FL now it is also harder to get in the mood as it is so frigging hot leading up to Halloween lol.

Halloween is our twins favorite horror film. A Halloween tradition in our house. I’m a horror film buff. My favorite horror film is definitely Let The Right One In. Highly recommended. Best vampire movie I’ve ever watched. Have you watched both the original Swedish version and the American one? It has been a few years since I seen both but pretty sure the American remake keeps close to the original one. Both were enjoyable. Very good movie and a fresh take on the Vampire movie.

There are some theaters today doing a double feature of Boris Karfloff's The Mummy and Boris Karloff's The Bride of Frankenstein.

The Swedish version w subtitles is the version I’m talking about. The very interesting take on vampires is what a love about it. Very realistic. No glamour at all.

Dracula 1931 and frankenstein and the wolfman w/ lon chaney. all classics. Damn straight. Can't go wrong with those. I just realized that, if you have Peacock for the WWE Network, on Peacock right now they have the Universal Classic Monsters collection that you can watch. The movies currently available there on Peacock are Dracula (1931) Frankenstein (1931) The Mummy (1932) The Invisible Man (1933) The Bride of Frankenstien (1935) Werewolf of London (1935) The Raven (1935) The Mummy's Hand (1940) The Invisible Woman (1941) The Wolf Man (1941) The Mummy's Tomb (1942) Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man (1943) Son of Dracula (1943) The Invisible Man's Revenge (1944) The Mummy's Ghost (1944) The Mummy's Curse (1944) The Creature Walks Among Us (1956)

I’m interested in hearing what you guys think about this one:
Drive.
Hear me out. The mask, and the ending alone may qualify it?
Definitely similar to a horror flick, and an incredible movie.
