Today is the last day of September. Tomorrow is October witches! Time to pull out my horror/scary movies to watch. That includes my Phantasm set where I will be watching from start to finish over five days. Once I get my Conjuring movies back from a co-worker, I will probably watch all of them. That collection did not have The Curse of La Llorona or the last Conjuring but all the rest. I just need to decide which order to watch them. The way they were released or in chronological order.
Any of you have certain movies you always watch this time of the year?

Dracula 1931 and frankenstein and the wolfman w/ lon chaney. all classics.

All year 'round is horror movie season for me. The Nightmare series, Friday the 13th, Halloween excluding this modern reboot. The classics of course. The less mainstream like the Sleepaway Camp series, Slumber Party Massacre...I could go on. Sometimes I even like to jump on Amazon Prime and see what D rate movies they have on there that look like they were shot on a cell phone camera. Some of those are fun.

Never been a horror movie guy. But this year I plan to finally watch the original Halloween. Its a classic and about time I've seen it. You should contact Guinness because this may be a record. Halloween is our twins favorite horror film. A Halloween tradition in our house. I’m a horror film buff. My favorite horror film is definitely Let The Right One In. Highly recommended. Best vampire movie I’ve ever watched. |

Halloween is a great movie and one of the very few horror movies I own on DVD or BLU-RAY (although I do have a few others such as It, It Part 2, Crawl, and some of the Scream movies.) |

I like all the black & white Universal Studios monster movies. Also as a guilty pleasure, Kiss Meets The Phantom Of The Park. You can also never go wrong with the Paul Lynde Halloween Special in 1976 featuring Kiss. Check it out on You Tube!
